I've had lunch and dinner here several times before. This is one of my favorite Chiles. I always have a good experience with this restaurant. The staff is quick and friendly! The food is great! The last time I went my and my mom's salad was underdressed (lacking in salad dressing) and the chicken on my salad wasn't seasoned at all. It was also a slow day, 4 parties total at 4pm and somehow they were out of sugar to make sweet tea. The sweet tea doesn't bother me cause I also drink unsweet tea however, unpreparedness and being under stocked with something as basic as sugar is hard to believe. Anyways, I love this chiles and highly recommend the Santa Fe grilled chicken salad, this is NOT the salad I had last time.

When we walked through the door we were expecting it not to impress us because it never has. To our first surprise the staff seating us was rather quick and friendly. After we were seated it kinda reminded us why we don't got there. The booths are small and they give off a sticky feeling and the menus are not the cleanest. Then we were surprised again because our waitress was very nice, friendly and helpful. I ordered the Half Rack of Ribs with the new Shiner Bock BBQ sauce, my wife had the Chicken Strip meal and my mother in law ordered the triple appetizer for her meal. To our surprise the food was not that bad. The Shiner Bock BBQ sauce was my fav part of the whole meal. It tasted great. So all in all I say it was alright. I will be going back I just wish they would get bigger booths that are not that sticky.

Chilli's is one of my favorite chain restaurants. This one here in Lake Charles does not disappoint. The staff is nice and friendly and the service is relatively quick. The quality of the food is consistent, and the food seems to be pretty fresh. It is a good place to go with the family or to go just to enjoy a few drinks.

This location really has a lot of catching up to do in comparison to the other Chilis in the area. My server was Hannah she was pleasant and courteous. We started off with boneless buffalo wings which were cold, strike one. Next the orders tenders with fries & corn on the Cobb for order number one order two the chili mango chicken with rice &broccoli cold again, strike two. Spoke with management Thomas Loupe, he suggested we pay for appetizers and try some other establishment which we were more than happy to oblige. Worst experience ever I am appealing to all DoD & military personnel avoid this establishment I am on PCS orders with my son and this unacceptable to treat civil servants or our uniformed service members.

Gets 1 star only because Yelp won't let me give it less. Quite possibly the worst dining experience I've ever had. Bar top was sticky and caked with dried food. Medium rare steak came out well done. Spinach with garlic roasted tomatoes was quite possibly the most disgusting thing I've seen and filled with water in the bottom of the bowl. Salad was filled with water and soggy tomatoes. Bartender had to remake six drinks while I sat there due to incompetence. Only thing good was the beer, and I had to get a new one because the glass was dirty. Jesus Christ, take my advice and don't eat here.

I will never go to another chilis restaurant again! The visit today was a disaster. I wish yelp would upgrade and make it so i bc an rate negative stars. First, our server was so inattentive. Secondly , the chicken enchilada came out with no sauce but on the side was a curdled sour cream sauce. The managers explanation was that it was a cumin sour cream sauce which is not stated in the menu. Apparently cumin curdles sour cream. My fajitas had no taste except for grease and the onions and peppers were undercooked. The little tower of fixing for the fajitas came out. The cheese was hard, the salsa tasted like watered down tomatoes, and the guacomole was bland. They took the enchilada off of my ticket but the entire experience has left me feeling nauseas.

Stop here if you want the worst dining experience of your life. We weren't seated for 10 minutes and there were plenty empty tables. We never got utensils, never got napkins, and never got refills. But the worst was the fact that my kids ordered bacon cheeseburger burgers with no mustard and when they came they had mustard. We sent them back and then got burgers that were plain with no cheese when we ordered cheeseburgers. Then we called for the manager. She was nasty with us but finally did bring them back and it had the uncooked bacon and cold cheese. She argued that the bacon was fully cooked( I posted a picture). We gave them one more chance to get it right which they finally did and then they compensated us $1.14 per burger. The main reason I'm complaining is because the manager was so nasty to us and told us that the uncooked bacon was cooked. Then I tried to show pictures to another manager and he walked away. I'd be glad to discuss this with anyone in Chili's corporate training or management because that store was the worst service I've ever gotten anywhere.

1st time we've been here in 7 or 8 years, service and food were terrible back then so we decided to give it another try. Service is still terrible, they messed up my wife's order, the pasta I ordered looked like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for about an hour. We will not come back here again

I am a fan of Chilies but not this branch. When I walked it I lost my appetite. I new not to have high hopes since it is on the bad side of town. But not even that could prepare me for the look that this place had. I have yet to go to the one in Sulphur but I would try that one out first before coming to this place.

I tried again- and this will be the last time I give this Chili's a chance. The restaurant floor was filthy with debris everywhere, I can somewhat skim past that as it was a busy Sunday afternoon. We ordered 2 apps: CCQ- which was so thick and goopy the chips broke, we also ordered Fried Pickles that looked unappetizing and tasted as if they were fried in two-week old grease, I asked the server to take them back and she did so. We then ordered Kids Pizza- which my son said was terrible, (it was- they have changed it from previous visits- very doughy) and Fajita Nachos- no complaints about the nachos, they were just so-so. Halfway through the meal someone from the kitchen area started screaming and throwing a hissy-fit, not sure what was up with that. The final straw for me was when I went to the restroom- about the halfway point before reaching the restroom area the smell of sewer just permeated that side of the restaurant, and lingered all the way into the restrooms. I won't go into how bad they were- but you can imagine. Management was visible, but other than helping to bust tables, I didn't see her doing a whole lot to clean up the place, she was probably dealing with the kitchen crisis. Our server was ok, seemed a little stressed- but they always do at this location. Usually I can overlook the poor service that is always prevalent at this Chili's, the food has always been ok, this time there were just too many things, one of which was the smell that I can't seem to forget.

We walked in the door, and waited for eight minutes even to be acknowledged. When we were seated, our server said "I'll be with you in a second" then disappeared, returning some ten minutes later. The server was the main focus of my disappointment for today. I felt like we were disturbing her day, and I didn't see her serving any other tables near us - maybe they gave her our table as an add-on to her section - but we waited over 30 minutes to get food and we saw other tables getting seated after us, and getting food before us. Drink refills were not as forthcoming as I would normally expect. The food was good, the portion sizes were about right and the prices were reasonable. What I saw of the kitchen and drink station suggested that cleanliness and hygiene standards could have been better, and my wife said her lettuce on her salad was slimy. Overall, the place should do better and it's not a good standard bearer for the Chili's brand.

This is the WORST Chili's I've ever been...quality of food: Zero, long wait, the chips were cold and literally swimming in cooking oil, the hamburger bun cold as an ice, the worst service ever we never got a drink refill, and the restroom were horrible, dirty place...It's a shame this place needs a new management ASAP. So my yelper's friends dont waste your money and your appettite here it just dont worth it...I wont even give this place a quarter star :(

Horrible service took 15 minutes to get a refill, the queso tastes like watered down hormel canned chili. 45 mins and still no food. Food finally gets here and it is all cold and 4 out of five people at table had messed up orders. Will not be back. I hate chain Restaurants.

Seriously unimpressed tonight. Unfortunately we came on Homecoming night. There were only 4 servers. Had to wonder how many cooks showed up. The food was cold and tasted old by the time we got it. I've always loved Chili's in the past. I think it's just a glitch. Hopefully, next time it'll be back to its old delicious self again! Our waitress was very nice but she needed help. It wasn't her fault. Management must have dropped the ball. Or everyone is "sick".

Our group of six adults and went to this Chili's this last Saturday for lunch. The place was less than half full. The maître d' told us that it would be at least 20 minutes until we could we would be seated. When we asked why, the maître d' told us that it was because they didn't have enough servers on duty. I definitely agree with some of the other reviews that I have read today, that this place definitely needs new management. We called Pat's of Henderson in Lake Charles and told them we would be there within five minutes and when we got there our table was already set up, even though they were very busy. I don't know why we even wasted our time with Chilies in the first place. Not worth the one star I had to give them to do this rating.
